MOQ, Incoterms, lead times and what the price does and does not include
Almost nobody in this trade publishes these. It is one of the reasons buyers spend three weeks emailing five suppliers to compare four numbers.
Minimum order quantities
Two numbers matter. The stocked MOQ is what we will pick and ship from the Nagpur warehouse. The production MOQ is the manufacturer's minimum batch, which applies when you want your own pack, your own artwork, or a line we do not hold. Each product page prints its own stocked MOQ.

Volume tiers
Discounts run off the line MOQ, and they apply on combined order value rather than per line. A container containing forty different products at five times MOQ each reaches the same tier as one product at the same total value, which is deliberate. We would rather you spread a first order.

Average unit price across the catalogue is about $6.93, though the spread is wide. Nutritional supplements and grooming lines sit low. Prescription injectables and imported-molecule products sit well above.

We quote on any of these, in Incoterms 2020:

Sea from Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mundra, Chennai, Delhi ICD Tughlakabad. Air from Nagpur (NAG), Mumbai (BOM), Delhi (DEL). Nagpur is inland, so an ex-works price does not include the road leg to the port, and on a small order that leg is not trivial. Ask for FOB if you want it in one number.

Add ocean transit on top: roughly 18 to 24 days to northern Europe, 22 to 30 to the US east coast, 8 to 12 to the Gulf, 16 to 22 to Australia. Air is 2 to 5 days anywhere, at four to eight times the freight cost.
What an ex-works price does not include
- Inland transport from Nagpur to the port or airport
- Ocean or air freight, and marine insurance
- Destination duties, taxes and customs clearance
- Product registration fees in your market, and any local regulatory consultant
- Document legalisation or apostille, charged at cost when required
- Artwork origination for private-label packs, quoted per SKU
- Bank charges on a telegraphic transfer or letter of credit. Network fees on a crypto payment are paid by the sender.
Payment terms
- Cryptocurrency: USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, settled on chain against an invoice-linked address
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): 30% advance, 70% against a scanned bill of lading
- Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight
- Documents against Payment (D/P) for repeat accounts

Common questions
Can you go below the published MOQ?

For stocked lines, often yes, if the order sits inside a larger mixed shipment. For made-to-order lines, no, because the MOQ is the manufacturer's minimum batch and we cannot make them run less. A sample quantity is different and we handle that separately.
What is the minimum total order value?

Around 5,000 US dollars ex-works for a sea shipment. Below that the fixed costs of documentation, inspection and freight forwarding eat the margin on both sides. Air shipments of high-value lines can be smaller.
Which Incoterm should I ask for?

If you have a freight forwarder you trust, FOB Nhava Sheva or FOB Mundra gives you control of the ocean leg and usually the best rate. If you do not, CIF to your port is simpler and you pay for that simplicity. DDP is available on a handful of lanes only and we will tell you which.
Do prices include registration costs?

No. Product registration in your market is a separate cost, paid to your authority and usually to a local regulatory consultant. We supply the dossier material at no charge for orders in progress. Legalisation and apostille fees on documents are charged at cost.
